Satisfaction is guaranteed on all the products purchased by consumers . We want you to be thrilled, so if you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within the 30-days trial period for a full refund.

Please email to us before you begin the return. And also, you need to pay the return shipping fee. Be sure to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.

Together with our suppliers, we work hard to provide high-quality products. However it is very hard to avoid the defect and to make the defect ratio to 0%. So we offer you one year warranty. We are responsible for fixing your items with any issues within one year. Please contact us to find a solution when issue occurs.

Most standard shipments are delivered in 6 to 9 business days from the shipping date.  Tracking info will be sent to the email address for your account.
